Firstly, I need to say a massive thank you to Chloe for the incredible, life changing (literally) support she’s offered. I feel quite emotional writing this testimony because for the first 6 months of my son’s life, I was so sleep deprived, suffering with PND and not sure what to do or what help to follow.
I knew that the sleep deprivation was a huge barrier in my PND recovery but I was often told ‘you’ll always be tired as a mum’! But what I didn’t realise was there’s ‘tired’ and then there’s ’unable to function or enjoy life kinda tired’! So I found a Chloe and had to give it a go!
I had a consultation call with Chloe and immediately felt listened to and understood. We went through my son’s poor sleep: inconsistent naps, constantly overtired, waking up to 10 times a night and sometimes for an hour or more in one go.
She said she could help and at first it sounded too good to be true, but honestly was the best investment of time and money.

I went ahead with just a week of support, following a personalised plan and having continuous communication throughout.
The result? Well my son now sleeps for 12 hours solid a night, with an occasional stir or grumble on some nights; he naps consistently and we’ve managed to lengthen one of his naps to 1.5h so he’s restored.
My mental health is significantly better and I’m finally, after so long, able to enjoy being a mum.

I was super sceptical about sleep training. After having my son premature and him spending some time in the NICU I was adamant I didn’t want to use cry it out.
After speaking to Chloe she immediately put my mind at ease, acknowledging my anxiety’s and empathising with them. She was easy to talk to and made me feel heard in the black hole of sleep deprivation!
Elijah was waking up every hour and had a deep rooted association of breastfeeding to sleep. I was desperate to support him with this change before I was due to return to work as a staff nurse in September.

The night before we started sleep training Elijah was up 6 times in 45 minutes and I honestly thought it was a lost cause! but Chloe was incredible! She supported me every step of the way, providing laughter and support 24/7.

The first night Elijah took 35 minutes to fall asleep and slept for 8.5 hours before waking up for a feed! This was the first time he had done this EVER.

We were honestly speechless!

Hearing your baby cry is never easy but the outcome has been worth it ten fold. Elijah is in an amazing routine and I even get chance to make myself lunch whilst he goes down for a nap, rather than him being attached 24/7.
So many people have asked us now about sleep training and we have recommended Chloe specifically and provided her contact details.

Before we reached out to Chloe, we had been battling frequent night
waking’s, short naps, a late bedtime and just generally unpredictable days for months. We honestly thought we just had to accept that we had a “bad sleeper.”​

After our discovery call, Chloe gave us a plan that was easy to follow, with clear guidance on feeding times and nap times. She was also flexible when our little one caught a nasty virus, allowing us to push back our start date so we could really focus on the plan once she was back to her full self.

Within days of following the routine, we couldn’t believe the transformation in our little girl’s sleep. We had been constantly rocking and feeding her to sleep, and more often than not she ended up in our bed.
Now, we can put her down in her own cot and she settles herself within minutes. She sleeps through the night — and it honestly feels like a miracle.​It has completely changed our evenings, and we can finally rest knowing she won’t need us until morning.

What really stood out, though, was how supported we felt throughout the whole process. We never felt on our own, and that made such a difference. Even now our time with Chloe has come to an end, she provided us with a summary email with next steps and the encouragement we need to continue through the 12-month sleep regression.
