I’m Chloe — mum to two children under five with one of the way, based in Kent.
My journey began as a first-time mum in the middle of Covid-19, with a premature baby and little support. No one prepared me for the reality of sleep, and I quickly spiralled into sleep deprivation and postnatal depression. My daughter didn’t sleep through until 14 months, and the struggles continued well into toddlerhood.
When my second child was born, another pre-term baby with a long NICU stay, sleep became almost non-existent. I was exhausted, anxious, and desperate. That’s when I discovered gentle sleep training. I was sceptical, but it changed everything! We went from hourly wakes up and contact naps only to long stretches of sleep, restful naps, no night feeds, and evenings back with my partner.
This transformation sparked my passion. I realised how little sleep support and education was available to parents, and how many families were silently struggling like I had. After training as a certified holistic infant and child sleep consultant, I’ve been able to help families see results in as little as 2–3 days.
