Welcome! These Terms and Conditions explain how The Sleepytime Coach works and what you can expect when using our sleep consultancy services for children under 5. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
​
We provide guidance, support, and strategies to help improve your child’s sleep. This includes routines, sleep environment, and general wellbeing. All advice is educational and tailored to your child’s individual needs.

3. Our Role & Your Child’s Health

Not medical advice: We are not medical professionals. Our advice is for guidance and education only and should not replace medical care.

Health concerns: If anything comes up regarding your child’s health, weight, or other serious issues, we’ll recommend you speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Important info: Parents/guardians should give us accurate information about their child’s health, allergies, or medications to ensure advice is safe and appropriate.
4. Safe Sleep & Parental Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your child safe while implementing any sleep strategies.

For UK clients, we follow guidance from the Lullaby Trust (www.lullabytrust.org.uk).

International clients are responsible for following their country’s safe sleep recommendations.

We cannot be held responsible for unsafe sleep practices.
5. Consistency & Commitment

Our strategies work best when applied consistently.

Skipping steps or not following guidance may affect results. While we give evidence-based advice, we can’t guarantee exact outcomes.
6. Payment, Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking the consultation.

Missed start: If you miss the agreed start date without notice, it cannot be refunded.

Post-consultation: If you decide not to continue after your consultation, we refund the amount paid minus £60, which covers the consultation.

Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours before the agreed start date for a full refund.

Rescheduling: Need to move your agreed start date? Just give 24 hours’ notice.
7. Individual Results

Every child is unique. While we offer guidance based on experience and research, results can vary depending on your child’s temperament, age, and circumstances.

Our goal is to equip you with the tools to make positive changes. Consistency and patience are key!
8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us through forms, messages, or sessions is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or stress that may result from using our services.

You remain fully responsible for implementing safe sleep practices and making decisions for your child’s care.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from advice given by others, or from childcare providers you work with.
10. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, and plans are tailored to your child and are for personal use only.

Please do not share, copy, or use materials for other children without written permission.
11. Parental Consent & Agreement

By working with us, you agree to implement strategies yourself; we do not supervise or enforce them.

If your child is under shared custody, both guardians should agree to the strategies.
12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns, please email us. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be shared with you or posted on our website.
